Our Golden Ale shares characteristics of both an ale and a lager. It’s golden-honey color comes from a blend of Bohemian Pilsner and Wheat Malt. We ferment this ale at a slightly cooler temperatures to make it crisp and refreshing from start to finish.
PALE ALE 4.75%
Our Pale Ale has been on tap at 900 Main St. since 1995. Traditional varieties of hops and malt from the best growing regions of England are essential to make this a nicely balanced ale.
SESSION IPA 4.5%
Brewed with five of our favorite modern hop varieties: Centennnial, Cascade, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra. And balancing it by using the best malt available: Martis Otter Malt from Warminster Maltings. The oldest operating maltings in England. We have created an easy (sessionable) drinking Ipa.
Our Extra Special Bitter recipe is based on Horndean Special Bitter from the historic Gales and Son Brewery in England. Only Hunter-Gatherer and Fuller’s Brewery in England currently use this original distinctive Gales yeast. Hunter-Gatherer ESB is an amber ale that features a malty sweetness that lingers into a smooth finish.

Ye Ole Bastarde 7.5% 40 IBU
This marks our 23rd version of our take of a strong Winter Warmer. The recipe varies from year to year but always makes for a good way to warm up on those cold days in the Carolina’s. It is malty with a decent amount of Black Patent Malt (the malt closely associated with Porters) and plenty of Fruggle hops.
